Livin' large in the summer...

This first week of July has been amazing for heat and sunshine. My garden is looking scorched like it usually does in August! I hope this is a sign that there's more to come.

The kids have revelled in all the summer fun things and I'm starting to get into the groove of the madness that is the summer schedule of dropping wet towels (occasionally hanging them on the line) and picking up dry ones to head out to the next adventure.

Hard to imagine that Findlay was cold, but he had been in the water so long that he was actually chilly!
