As I type away at the computer wearing my workout clothes that haven't been put to use (yet?), I find the warmish weather of spring brings about thoughts of summer very quickly. We have already enjoyed a couple of barbeques with friends and family and it's not even June yet! The busy time of spring fairs, plays, activities has been much more tame, and for that I am grateful. We did not take on as many activities this spring, and the school is not putting on a musical production, so our time has been more our own.
I have taken on a very exciting role with Ringette Canada and am a part of the team staff for the Senior National Team program that will compete in Finland in 2010. I'm thrilled to be a part of it, and know that it will involve a lot of extra time, so I am trying to pace myself.
The kids are in a good groove and are doing well in school. They're so easy-going and really are at a fabulous age. How long before the bough breaks? Who's to say.
I'm posting a few photos, but I am not pleased with the photos (or lack thereof) I've taken of late. I'm not sure if it's the camera, or if I'm caught up in other things.
