Snow snack

A chance to play in the snow and have a snack outside. Rowan, Keigan, Olivia and Meredith made the most of the small amount of snow we got the other day. It's nice to finally be able to send them outside instead of saying it's too cold all of the time.

Just chillin'

Andrew is just taking it easy after work and chattin' on the phone. As soon as either one of us sits down, Mouse seeks refuge from the ever-playful Axel. Mouse always looks harassed now and it's because he is!

Busy tidying up...

The girls are busy tidying their room, as they have asked to get their ears pierced, and the requirement is for them to tidy their room (without me having to ask) and be good listeners, etc. It's been working well and the date has only been pushed back by one day so far. Once ringette season is over and before soccer season begins we'll be getting the ears done I suspect. Hopefully the tidying of the room will be a habit by then!

Coming around....

The camera can always bring out a smile. Especially now that the digital camera allows them to look at themselves right away. It's like making faces in the mirror, but hightech!

Under the weather...

Finn wasn't feeling up to getting out of bed this morning, but the camera seems to have brought him around. He seems to be fighting yet another bug of sorts. If it's not one, it's the other.

Scrub a dub dub...

Finn's a cutie as he scrubs his hair during a rare tub time. It seems we have so many things on the go, we rarely get a chance to get the kids clean! We have to think hard for the last time we washed them! They're happy enough about it and it's always better for the skin to retain those natural oils during the dry winter months! That's what we tell ourselves anyway. I've read that head lice don't like dirty hair, so it's somewhat intentional too!
