Fall at the cottage...

We finally made it to the cottage for a weekend. The kids love it there so much, and as a result, the adults do too. This tree has been our photo spot for so long, but now it's tough to fit in the poses between hide and seek and long walks around the lake. Posted by Picasa

A little more photo friendly...

It was a little easier to get a good shot of the girls compared to the boys. It's not just because of their age either! Posted by Picasa

As good as it gets...

For such cute boys, it was tough to get a shot of them without one of them having a goofy look on his face. I look forward to trying to get another shot of them in ten years...I suspect it may be even harder. Posted by Picasa

Two Yahoos and a boat...

Andrew and Innis enjoyed taking apart Innis' sailboat. It definitely gave them as much fun off the water as it did on the water! Posted by Picasa

Look out Huskies

Axel loves the taste of this husky dog of Meredith's.
I wonder how he'd react to Chuck and Cess? (Grandma and Granpa's dogs) Posted by Picasa

Axel gets into everything, but his favourite toys are the furry mice that Brooke (the breeder) sent with him. He can play fetch and that's how we distract him from getting into things he shouldn't. He's getting so big, and he's a lot of fun for all of us. Posted by Picasa

Pumpkins aglow. All the kids designed his/her own pumpkin and Andrew was the carver. Posted by Picasa

Our trick or treaters. They had a great time and now there is far too much candy in the house. Always makes the healthy eating program a bit of a challenge! Posted by Picasa

This is as close as Mouse lets Axel get to him before growling, hissing and spitting, and clubbing him over the head. Axel keeps coming back for more. We can't wait until Axel's bigger than Mouse. I think things will change a lot then. Posted by Picasa

Axel loves the sink. He could drink from the tap for ages. He pushes us out of the way when we're brushing our teeth.  Posted by Picasa
